Creating a Ninja
“Ninja” is an acquired template that can be added to any creature with a Dexterity of 10 or more (referred to hereafter as the base creature).
A ninja uses all the base creature’s statistics and abilities except as noted here. Do not recalculate the creature’s Hit Dice, base attack bonus, saves, or skill points if its type changes.
Size and Type
Animals or vermin with this template become magical beasts, but otherwise the creature type is unchanged. Size is unchanged.
Speed
Ninja gain a climb speed of 10 ft. If the base creature has a climb speed, use the better value.
Special Attacks
Flip out and kill people (ex) A ninja who is hiding can, as a full-round action, move its speed and make a full attack at the end of that attack, provided that all of the ninja’s targets are flat-footed.

Special Qualities
